You can book Sofas, Chairs, Poufs, Stools, Benches & Occasional Tables for viewing at home.
You can browse products from the "CATALOG" link in the main navigation. Products labeled "Try Me!" are available for viewing at home.
We will be adding additional product categories so do keep visiting the website from time to time.
Sofas that we bring with us are mostly 1.5 seaters with only one side arm which makes them lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, yet they are sufficient for you to check the feel of the sofa and together with the images on our website, visualize how the sofa will look in different compositions (armchair, 2 seater, 3 seater etc.).
If needed, we will mark the floor showing you the exact occupied space your selected composition (3 seater, L-unit etc.) will take so you can visualize the placement and the distance between this product and nearby furniture.
Products can be shown to you inside or outside your house.
We can bring a van full of products to your home.
You can see up to 5 sofas at home and although there is no exact limit on the other products, it stands to reason that the more sofas you book, the less the number of other products we can bring with us.
As a general guideline, we suggest selecting no more than 10 products altogether.
You can check the feel of the seat and make modifications in seating height, seating depth or the design itself so it looks and feels perfect to you.
We will measure your space and guide you on how many seats (particularly useful when deciding on an L-unit or corner/modular sofa) are needed.
You will be able to review & select fabrics in the same light where furniture will be placed.

After you submit the TBYB home visit form OR request a home visit via WhatsApp, we will get in touch with you and together we will decide on the day and time that is agreeable to you.
You will have our complete and undivided attention for a full one hour.

This is one of the main benefits of this service.
You can make sure that the sofa depth is perfect for back support or if you want increased depth so you can sit cross-legged, that is possible too.
What about increasing seat height or making the seat firmer? You can do so in your chosen sofa.
Our staff will be there helping you make all this possible.

Designs that you provide can be made, however, TBYB (Try Before You Buy) service is not available for custom products.
Dimensions and 3D images of the product will be shared with you and the product will be sent into production only after your approval.

There are 2 ways you can book products for home viewing:
1 - Easy Way - You book the TBYB products yourself without our assistance.
2 - Easier Way - We book the TBYB products for you.

How to Book Home Visit

Advance payment is not needed to book the home visit. We want you to pay at home after the visit and ONLY if the service has provided value to you.
For most locations within Karachi, we are charging Rs. 2000 for the TBYB home visit experience.
For outlying areas such as Bahria Town, charges will be confirmed after the home visit request has been received via TBYB form submission or via WhatsApp.
Limited Time Offer
After viewing the products at home, should you decide not to purchase anything, you will have 30 days within which you can book a second TBYB home visit.
No additional amount will be charged for the second visit.
When you book the TBYB visit, there is no obligation on you to purchase. If, after the home visit, you are not ready to order, we will simply take the products back.
If you would like to place the order at some later date, our staff, during the TBYB visit, will guide you on how to manage that.

After viewing the products at home, should you decide not to purchase anything, you will have 30 days within which you can book a second TBYB home visit.

During the TBYB visit, our staff will help you place the order.
If you would like to place the order at some later date, our staff will guide you on how to manage that as well.
During the TBYB visit, our staff will guide you on how to place the order which can be placed either during or after the TBYB visit.
We will assist you in placing the order and also collect 50% advance from you via cheque, cash or bank transfer to send the order into production.
Balance amount will be collected at the time of delivery.
In case of Sofas, we believe that it is important to physically see the products to get the look and feel right.
At this time, Sofas and other seating products can only be purchased after trying them at home.

shipping & returns
Most furniture products take between 10-21 days to deliver once the order is booked.
Delivery date will be provided at the time of booking.
We do not anticipate there will be a need to return any product.
During the TBYB home visit, you and your family will get to see and check the feel and finish of the products before ordering them.
Once the ordered product is delivered, after 3 days have passed, we will contact you for feedback. Your product will be under warranty so if there is any need to fix anything, we will do so at our expense.
Any remaining balance due at the time of delivery, if paid by crossed cheque in the name of Seats, will only be deposited after we receive the feedback from you on the delivered product(s).
There is a one year warranty on workmanship on all products.
One year is sufficient for any workmanship related issues to become visible. We will fix any workmanship related issues at our expense.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear issues that are dependant on usage.
